1.1 Buying products on our website
We must receive payment in whole for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
1.2 Payment and Prices
All prices on the La Granni Website are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but are exclusive of delivery costs. Please see the Shipping & Returns section for current delivery costs and dates.Please note La Granni has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. You must pay by debit, credit card or via Paypal at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order.Before accepting your order, we will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
1.3 Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible, before accepting your order, if the goods you have ordered are not available.
1.4 Cancellation of Order
Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 1 hour after the order confirmation. If you want to cancel your order,you need to notify us in writing at
info@lagranni.com within 1 hour. Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order.
1.5 Conditions for Returning Goods
All items intended for return must include the original order number and be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Please email returns@lagranni.com for further information. Notification of returns received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not remove tags until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 14 days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the distance selling regulations. Full details of your rights under the distance selling regulations are available from you local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standard’s Office. Shipping charges are not refundable.
1.6 Faulty Goods
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will be refunded to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred. Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.
1.8 Liability
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any statutory rights you might have as a consumer or our liability to you for any fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

You confirm that all information supplied by you in using this website is true and accurate and that you have the legal authority to purchase goods or services using this website.By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which related to and identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website.
